Beginware provides free, advertising-supported browser utilities. Supported tool processing happens locally on your device, while advertising, hosting, and optional payments operate separately as detailed below.
Tool operations execute locally in your browser RAM using Canvas and FileReader APIs.
We do not require signups, passwords, or personal profiles to use any of our utilities.
Google AdSense funds our infrastructure so all 135+ tools remain free forever.
Tool Inputs and File Processing
Beginware's browser-based tools are engineered to execute within the client environment. When you select or drag a file into an image, PDF, or text workspace, standard browser APIs (including FileReader, CanvasRenderingContext2D, Web Workers, and local Object URLs) handle the operations inside your browser sandbox. Your files and inputs are not uploaded to, saved on, or analyzed by Beginware processing servers.
Advertising and Google AdSense
Beginware utilizes Google AdSense to sustain and deliver free tools without paywalls. Google and its third-party advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing interaction metrics to serve, personalize, and measure advertisements in accordance with applicable regional privacy regulations.
Consent and Privacy Choices
Depending on your geographical region (such as the European Economic Area, the UK, or specific US states), an interactive consent banner may be presented upon your initial visit. You can accept, decline, or configure personalized advertising preferences. You may also modify tracking and cookie permissions anytime through your browser's security preferences.
Website Requests and Server Logs
Standard HTTP web server infrastructure automatically logs basic technical request metadata—such as visitor IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, requested page paths, timestamps, and HTTP status codes. These technical logs are standard for network diagnostics, security monitoring, and DDoS defense, and are completely isolated from your local tool data.
Browser Storage & PWA Caching
Beginware includes a Service Worker and Progressive Web App (PWA) cache to enable fast page loads and offline reliability. This service caches static assets (CSS, JavaScript, SVG icons, and HTML shells) in your browser's local CacheStorage. No confidential files or tool outputs are preserved in this cache. You can clear cached data at any time via your browser settings.
Optional PayPal Support
If you voluntarily choose to support Beginware's ongoing development, payment transactions are securely handled off-site by PayPal. Beginware never receives, processes, or stores your credit card numbers or financial account credentials.
